We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic ABS Industrial Director to lead and oversee our industrial operations. This role is responsible for driving manufacturing performance, ensuring operational excellence, optimizing production processes, and fostering continuous improvement across all ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) operations. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise, strong leadership, and a proven ability to manage large-scale industrial facilities.

Develop and implement industrial strategies to support business growth and competitiveness.

Oversee end-to-end ABS production operations, including manufacturing, maintenance, supply chain, and quality.

Lead plant managers and operational teams, ensuring adherence to safety, efficiency, and sustainability standards.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and optimize resource utilization.

Collaborate with R&D, engineering, and commercial teams to align industrial capabilities with market demands.

Establish and monitor KPIs to ensure operational excellence and achievement of financial targets.

Manage capital expenditure projects, plant expansions, and technology upgrades.

Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.

Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and high performance across all sites.

Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.

10+ years of progressive experience in industrial operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

Strong background in polymer, plastics, or chemical manufacturing (preferably ABS or related materials).

Proven success in managing large-scale industrial facilities and multi-site operations.

Excellent knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other process optimization methodologies.

Strong financial acumen and experience managing P&L responsibilities.

Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Fluency in English; additional languages a plus.
