About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Recruitment Coordinator to support our talent acquisition team in attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent. This role plays a key part in ensuring a smooth recruitment process, coordinating candidate communications, scheduling interviews, and maintaining a positive candidate experience. The ideal candidate is highly organized, people-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels.


Manage candidate communications to ensure a professional and positive recruitment experience.


Support job postings across various platforms (career sites, LinkedIn, job boards).


Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment records.


Assist recruiters in sourcing and pre-screening candidates when needed.


Prepare recruitment reports and dashboards for HR leadership.


Coordinate pre-employment checks, assessments, and onboarding activities.


Act as a point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process.


Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment events (career fairs, open days, etc.).
