Context & Environment

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Audit Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will support internal audit functions by evaluating financial and operational processes, identifying risks, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to assess controls, analyze data, and recommend improvements that enhance business efficiency and accountability.

Activities

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 1–3 years of experience in auditing, accounting, or a similar analytical role (experience level can be adjusted as needed).

  • Strong understanding of internal controls, risk assessment, and audit methodologies.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools; experience with audit software is a plus.

  • Excellent attention to detail, critical thinking, and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • CPA, CIA, or CISA certification (or working towards one) is a plus.

  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is desirable.

Candidate Profile

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and executing internal audits across various business units.

  • Analyze financial statements, reports, and operational data to identify discrepancies and potential areas of risk.

  • Evaluate internal controls and processes to ensure they are effective and compliant with company policies and regulatory standards.

  • Document audit findings, prepare detailed reports, and present results to management.

  • Collaborate with departments to implement corrective actions and process improvements.

  • Monitor follow-up actions from previous audits to ensure issues are resolved.

  • Stay up-to-date with changes in regulations and industry best practices.
